Sir Lowry’s Pass Believers Sports was established in February 2019 as a nonprofit organization.
The club was started on the basic principle of keeping Village children safe and off the streets, as we are in a disadvantaged community based in Sir Lowrys Pass Village.
The Club’s focus is to uplift the Sir Lowry’s Pass community by keeping our children away from negative or bad decisions such as drug and alcohol abuse.
The gym equipment was sponsored, being used by Sport Stars and Elderly Group.
It is a group of Sir Lowry’s Pass Young being trained in Soccer and Netball. Teams participate at least once a month in tournaments with the surrounding areas. The winning team receive sponsored medals and certificates. Each age group’s Best Player and Goalie also receives a Certificate.
It also caters for the elderly with weekly exercises and just having fun.
On the 26th of February they celebrated their 5th ‘birthday’.
